Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period

You may return any unused diffuser (or accessory) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange—similar to industry standards.

2. Product Condition

To qualify:

  • The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all included parts, accessories, and manuals.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or incomplete may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.

3. Restocking Fee & Shipping

  • A restocking fee of 20% applies for diffusers returned (mirrors Aroma360 policy).

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we cannot refund items lost during return transit.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective or incorrect item.

  • Contact us with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  2. We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of RMA issuance.

  4. Upon arrival at our warehouse, allow 10 business days for inspection and refund processing.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • You’ll get a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

  • Allow your bank’s billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.

7. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Want a different model or color? You can request an exchange during the return process.

  • Alternatively, receive store credit (valid for 12 months) equal to the purchase amount, minus return shipping and restocking fee.

8. Non‑returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or opened, unless defective.

  • Diffusers missing parts or returned beyond the 30-day window.

  • Items purchased during flash sales or other promotions clearly marked as final sale.

9. Warranty Coverage

All diffusers come with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to damage from misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications.
Proof of purchase is required. Repairs or replacements are at our discretion.
