Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas & Carriers

• Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship orders across Australia only.

• Carriers Used: Orders are shipped via Australia Post or trusted courier partners, depending on your delivery location and order size.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: Orders generally arrive within 7 business days from dispatch.

• Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or regional areas (e.g., NT, WA interior, TAS) may take an additional 1–3 business days depending on the location.

3. Shipping Fees

• Free Standard Shipping: Available for all orders over AUD $50.

• Orders under AUD $50: A flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $8.50 applies.

• Any additional charges for remote delivery areas will be displayed at checkout.

4. Packaging & Safety

• All items are carefully packed using eco-friendly and secure materials.

• Fragile items like glass bottles, essential oils, and diffusers are protected with bubble wrap and sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent damage in transit.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email along with a link to track your parcel’s delivery status in real time.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

• Upon Delivery: Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If items are damaged or leaking, refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately.

• For Damaged Items: Please send us your order number and clear photos of the damaged product. We will re-send the item or issue a refund, free of charge.

• Lost Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe and tracking shows no delivery, please contact us within 30 calendar days from the estimated delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue, including a replacement or refund.

7. Returns & Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returned products must be unopened and in original condition.
